We triple-dryhopped this beer (with Citra), meaning we took full use of hop biotransformation right at the onset of fermenting, did a 2nd dryhop at high krausen and finished things off with a classic dryhop addition at the end of fermentation. Smooth, slick, street-smart and delightfully hoppy. It’s Citra!
